A World-Class Superyacht Marina Set to Open in Bali

Soon, the construction of the largest international marina in Indonesia will begin in Bali, capable of accommodating up to 180 yachts, including 50 superyachts measuring up to 90 meters in length.

The marina will be located in the Benoa area of the Bukit Peninsula, just 15 minutes from Ngurah Rai Airport, making it easily accessible for yacht owners and their guests.

Construction is progressing rapidly, with plans to welcome the first yachts as early as next year.

The full completion of the project and the official opening of all marina facilities are scheduled for mid-2026.

Ulf Backlund, President of Marina Development Indonesia, stated, "Indonesia deserves a marina of this level that can become the new global capital of yachting."

The unique geographic location of the country ensures favorable conditions for yachting — it is free from the threats of hurricanes and typhoons, providing year-round safety and comfort.

The marina project is being carried out in collaboration with leading global companies, including Swedish SF Marina and Italian Plus Marine, which is responsible for installing modern power and water supply systems using cutting-edge technologies.
