Digital Island of the Future — Nusa Lembongan

The Nusa Lembongan Digital Island initiative has been launched to transform Nusa Lembongan Island into the most technologically advanced tourist destination in Bali.

The project is supported by the local government of Klungkung and the Bank of Indonesia. It is expected that digitalization will enhance the quality of tourism and support the local economy.

All tourist services on Nusa Lembongan will now transition to cashless transactions — from purchasing ferry tickets to paying for excursions, restaurants, and hotels. This will not only simplify life for tourists but also help local residents adopt modern technologies and improve their financial literacy.

Thanks to digitalization, Nusa Lembongan will become even more attractive to tourists, increasing the duration of their stay and, ultimately, the region's revenues.
